Arkansas Cancer Summit XVI
The Summit XVI theme is “Fighting Cancer: Strategies for Success”
Cancer has touched the lives of virtually every family in Arkansas. The Arkansas Cancer Coalition (ACC) is a network of over 1,000 cancer control stakeholders from across the state working collectively to reduce, and ultimately eliminate, the burden of cancer for every Arkansan. Progress is being made. Education, early screening and detection and improved treatment options are ways to reduce the burden of cancer in Arkansas.
The Arkansas Cancer Summit is an annual event hosted by the Arkansas Cancer Coalition (ACC) to showcase the recent progress Coalition partners have made towards meeting the goals and objectives of the state comprehensive cancer plan. The forum provides an opportunity for Coalition members and friends to network, share information, and build new skills.
The Summit XVI theme is “Fighting Cancer: Strategies for Success” This year, ACC will focus on how we measure up and the evidence based strategy approaches.
