Introducing our speaker:

Dr. Patrick Szeto, CHI St Vincent

Patrick Szeto, M.D., FACS FASCRS, is a board-certified colorectal and general surgeon specializing in the most comprehensive colorectal and general surgery treatments and surgical options. Dr. Szeto received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Kentucky College. He completed a residency in general surgery at Guthrie/Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania, and went on to complete a fellowship in colorectal surgery at Grand Rapids Medical Educational Partners in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Dr. Szeto chose colorectal surgery because it involves a variety of practices. There are focuses that involve clinical medicine, surgery, and emergency. Additionally, Dr. Szeto enjoys the wide spectrum of skills that are required to successfully perform endoscopy and minimum invasive surgeries. As one of the leading colorectal surgeons at CHI St. Vincent, Dr. Szeto’s goal is to educate Arkansans on the importance of colon cancer screenings and treatment options. He is also an advocate for promoting healthy GI habits.

Dr. Szeto grew up in Paducah, Kentucky, where he discovered a love for soccer and since moving to Arkansas seven years ago he has found a passion for golf. Dr. Szeto is a huge sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
