Linder Conley (Retired) is the Founder and Executive Director of Future Builders, Inc., (1990), a community-based organization headquartered in Southeast Pulaski County whose mission is to empower community residents to become self-sufficient through education, resource mobilization and training. In her former role, she was responsible for staff management, financial management, day-to-day operations, program design & oversight, fundraising and grant writing.
Linder has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Philander Smith College and a Master of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her skills and related trainings are team building, strategic planning, paradigm shifting, tobacco prevention, cultural diversity, conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, effective interpersonal and organizational communications, peer pressure, board development, grant writing, capacity building and entrepreneurial/business development.
