Dr. Hattie M. Scribner, PhD, MHS, MCHES®
Dr. Hattie M. Scribner serves as the Administrator for the Arkansas Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (ABCCEDP) at the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH). In this role, Dr. Hattie oversees statewide coordinated efforts to expand breast and cervical cancer screening services to women, who may qualify. Dr. Hattie has over 25 years of combined experience in the nonprofit and state sectors. She obtained a PhD and a Master’s both from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. She holds a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES®) credentials and is an alumnus of the Center for Disease Control and the Association of Schools of Public Health Institute for HIV Prevention Leadership where she received comprehensive training in public health prevention and strategic planning and management.
