Roundtables

ACC relies entirely on the expertise of ACC Roundtables to update or develop the Arkansas Cancer Plan, and to plan and execute program activities. Roundtables provide an opportunity for partners with similar interests to come together to develop, implement and evaluate programs. Joining a roundtable is a sure way to get engaged and to contribute your unique education, skills and talents to the ACC.

Breast Cancer
The Arkansas Breast Cancer Roundtable (ABCRT) is a sub group of public, private, and voluntary organizations, and invited individuals, dedicated to reducing the incidence of and mortality from breast cancer in the Arkansas, through coordinated leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy.

Colorectal Cancer
The Arkansas Colorectal Cancer Roundtable (ACCRT), established by the Arkansas Cancer Coalition (ACC) is a sub group of:

• Public Organizations
• Private Organizations
• Voluntary Organizations, and
• Invited Individuals

Dedicated to reducing the incidence of and mortality from colorectal cancer in Arkansas through coordinated leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy.
The ultimate goal of the ACCRT is to increase the use of proven colorectal cancer screening tests among the entire population for whom screening is appropriate.

Cervical Cancer/HPV
The Arkansas HPV Vaccination Roundtable is a sub group of organizations working at the intersection of immunization and cancer prevention to raise HPV vaccination rates and prevent HPV cancers in Arkansas.

Lung Cancer
The Arkansas Lung Cancer Roundtable (ALCRT) is a is a sub group of public, private, and voluntary organizations, and invited individuals, dedicated to reducing the incidence of and mortality from lung cancer in the Arkansas, through coordinated leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy.
