2021 Chronic Disease Forum – July 23

Registration is open for the 2021 Arkansas Chronic Disease Forum hosted by the Arkansas Disability and Health Program on July 23, themed: “Healthy People, Inclusive Communities“.

The Chronic Disease Forum is an event hosted every year by the Chronic Disease Coordinating Council, a partnership of organizations consisting of program managers of the Arkansas Department of Health chronic disease programs, chairs of the various chronic disease coalitions, and a number of other organizational representatives, whose mission is to increase the quality and years of healthy life for all Arkansans by reducing the burden of chronic disease through leadership and collaborative action impacting policy, system and environment changes.

This year the Chronic Disease Coordinating Council has partnered with The Arkansas Disability and Health Program to host a free event with education credits available.
