Home Away From Home is a ministry that provides hospitality and short-term housing to cancer patients and their caregivers while they undergo treatment in Little Rock. Most guests are receiving bone- marrow transplants or other treatments at UAMS Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy or Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, but the fully-furnished apartments are open to anyone coming to Little Rock for medical treatment.
Join us Saturday, October 20, 12:00pm, for the first annual Home Away From Home Golf Tournament at the Country Club of Arkansas. Registration is only $100 per player. Tournament includes:
- A four person scramble
- 18 holes of golf with cart, free range balls, on-course soft drinks and snacks, a welcome package and lunch
- Multiple individual prize holes, including a hole-in-one contest, longest drive, closest to the pin, and more
- Prizes to top teams in each of three flights
