Please join us for the ACC Quarterly Meeting on Tuesday, May 11, at 10:00AM! This meeting will be held online via Zoom. During this quarterly meeting, Dr. Kristin Zorn will talk about cancer patients and the COVID-19 vaccine. The agenda is below.

 

Meet our speaker:

Dr. Kristin Zorn – UAMS

Dr. Kristin Zorn is the Director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in the UAMS College of Medicine and Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and the Division of Genetics.

Dr. Zorn earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. She also completed her residency there in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Following her residency, she was a gynecologic oncology research fellow at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD. She then completed a clinical fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

Dr. Zorn is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology for both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology. She is also a member of several professional groups, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Association for Cancer Research, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and Society of Gynecologic Oncology.

She is the principal investigator for the NRG Oncology cooperative group at UAMS.  She also leads the Hereditary Gynecologic Cancer Clinic.
