The 2022 Chronic Disease Forum and the Community Health Worker Summit is a two-day event on Monday, May 16 from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a Reception and Dinner from 5-7 PM and Tuesday, May 17 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This is an in-person and virtual event. The in-person event will be held at the Doubletree, Little Rock.
